Add sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl.

Microwave and stir.

In another bowl, mix egg, erythritol, vanilla, baking powder, and salt

Pour melted chocolate into eg mixture.

Add unsweetened cocoa powder and almond flour and mix for about one minute.

Add chocolate chips or pecans.

Spoon batter onto a baking sheet and flatten.

Bake 10-14 minutes and let them cool down for 10 minutes on the sheet plus 10 minutes on a rack.
