Keto Chocolate Mousse
In a large bowl add 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream

Microwave the mixture for 60 seconds and stir until smooth and chocolate chips are melted

In a separate bowl add 1 cup heavy cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat until stiff whipped cream forms

Fold chocolate into whipped cream until creamy and combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

When mousse is firm, remove from refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings

Makes 8 servings. Each is approx. 230 calories, 2.9g net carbs, 2.4g protein and 22.5g fat.
