In a small bowl, whisk together coconut flour, swerve sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt

See your griddle to medium heat and melt some butter on it

Pour the batter by scant 1/4 cup onto the griddle and spread out just slightly. You want them on the smaller side to be easier to flip

Cook until golden brown (2.5-3 minutes) and gently flip and repeat
