Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium. Add garlic and shallot. Cook 2-3 minutes.

Cook until it’s reduced in size and wilted.

Slowly add the heavy cream and cream cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and smooth.

Remove pan from the heat. Stir in the Parmesan until it’s melted. Season with salt and pepper.
