What you'll need

Flaxseeds

Truvia (or similar)
3 teaspoons
Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1.5 teaspoons
Cinnamon

Eggs
1/4 cup (melted & cooled)
Unsalted Butter
2 teaspoons
Vanilla Extract
1.5 cups
Unsweet Almond Milk
Add flaxseed, Truvia, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Make a well & add eggs, butter + vanilla.

Whisk the wet ingredients then pull in the dry until just combined and moist. Allow to rest.

Preheat waffle iron to medium, then spread the batter evenly on it. Cook approximately 10 minutes.

Remove and serve with your favorite toppings like butter and sugar free syrup.
