What you'll need

Ground Beef
1/4 cup
Blanched Almond Flour
1/4 cup
Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
6 cloves
Garlic (minced)

Egg
1 tablespoon
Heavy Cream
1/4 cup
Parsley (minced)
Olive Oil For Frying
Add all of the ingredients (except oil) to a large bowl. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon and roll into a tight ball. Place on a baking sheet (or plate, if frying).

Bake at 400F for 20-25 min OR fry in oil for 4-6 min, turning often, over med-high heat.
