Zest from 1 whole Lemon
Juice from 1 whole Lemon

1/2 Cup melted butter cooled down

Place in circle cake pan with wax liner

Cook at 325 for 35 to 45 minutes

For the glaze 1/4 Cup plus 1 tbsp sugar free powder sugar 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Add glaze when cool and serve
