Mix together almond flour, butter, cocoa, and sweetener until crumbly.

Compact the filling in 12 mini cupcake wells (liners are important!)

Bake the crusts at 350 F for 8 minutes. Then cool completely.

Blend together the cream cheese, butter, coconut oil, and remaining crust.

Add the vanilla and powdered sweetener.

Blend until smooth and light.

Divide the filling among the cups. Fill them to the top.

Sprinkle with remaining crust and cocoa powder. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
