Keto Peanut Butter Cups
Prepare a cupcake tin with 6 cupcake liners. Stir 1/2 cup peanut butter & 3 tbsps powdered erythritol together until smooth.
Spread 1 to 2 tbsps of melted Lily's chocolate in bottom of each cupcake liner.
Dollop 1 to 2 tbsps of peanut butter mixture on top of chocolate.
Cover each dollop of peanut butter with more chocolate and smooth.
Refrigerate for one hour or until chocolate has hardened.
