Keto Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
Plan for 2 to 3 chicken tenders per person.

In a small bowl measure 1 tbsp chili powder, 2 tsp seasoning salt and 1 tsp pepper. Stir to combine. Set aside.

Prepare a bell pepper for slicing. Use this trick to easily remove the seeds and stem with no waste.

Use the Quick Slice to slice 3 to 4 medium bell peppers.

Slice an onion on #2 setting with the Simple Slicer. This tool is perfect for harder foods like onions and potatoes. 3 thickness settings.

Use a chef's knife to slice the chicken in 1/2" slices.

Cut against the grain. Chicken that is still slightly frozen will be easiest to cut.

Measure 1 tbsp of oil and half the seasoning mixture over the chicken and stir to combine. Set aside.

Measure another 1 tbsp of oil and remaining seasoning over veggies. Stir to combine.

Spread veggies onto foil covered half sheet pan.

Broil for 10 minutes 4" from element. Add chicken and return to broiler.

Broil additional 10 to 15 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
