Cream together butter and 1/2 swerve with an electric mixer
Add vanilla and egg. Beat until well combined.
Add in almond flour, coconut flour, cream of tartar, xantham gum, and salt. Stir until mixed
Mix cinnamon and 1Tbsp swerve. Make 1Tbsp sized dough balls & roll in cinnamon mix. Press down
Bake at 350 for 12-13 minutes
