Keto Spaghetti Squash Carbonara
Pierce squash 8 times w/ a knife. Microwave 8-10 min. Cool, cut in half, scrap out flesh w/ a fork.

Add bacon to a large skillet over med heat. Cook until crisp. Add garlic. Drain all but 1T oil out.

Add the squash and toss to coat. Cook a few minutes until nice and hot.

Mix the cheese, eggs, yolks, & pepper in a bowl.Remove pan from heat & mix in the eggs until creamy.

Slowly add heavy cream until desired creaminess. Serve topped w/ cheese, pepper & parsley.
