Keto White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
No bake, delicious, easy and beautiful! Makes 12
Add 2 bags of white chocolate + 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil, melt white chocolate in microwave 30 second bursts. It took me 75 seconds.

I used Lily’s sugar free white chocolate chips. Nice and creamy yum!

If you want add some natural color like I did for fun go ahead!

Add liners to muffin tin. Pour a tablespoon of chocolate in each liner, tap sides to level then freeze for 5 minutes until solid.

Add 1/2 tablespoon sugar free PB. Set in fridge if too oily for 10-15 minutes, stir well. Any nut butter can work, be sure it’s not too oily.

Tap the sides and press down a bit to level peanut butter.

Top with another tablespoon of white chocolate add sprinkles if you prefer. Freeze for 8-10 minutes.
