Into a pan,heat some oil.Add 1.5 tsp mustard seeds(rai dana),10-12 round red chilies & some curry leaves(karri patta).Let it quickly start to splutter
Add 4-5 med (boiled & diced) potatoes. Mix. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili flakes, 3/4 tsp each roasted crushed zeera & dhaniya powder. Mix it all well.
Add in 1/2 - 3/4 cup imlee juice & mix it up. Let it cook on low for 5-8 mins. Mix on and off to avoid burning. Turn off stove then
Add in greens: chopped green onions, coriander, green chilies & an onion. Mix it all up.
