Kheer (Rice Pudding)

Grind 1/2 cup rice

Rinse & soak rice in some water.

Into a pan, add around 1 litre milk. Bring to boil

Simmer, and add cardamom seeds (from around 6-8 green cardamoms). Cook on low for sometime

Add in soaked, drained rice. Mix well. Leave on very low flame to cook kheer (around 1 - 1.5 hours)

When consistency thickens, start adding sugar (according to taste). Cook another 15 mins. Dish out
