Kick up To Handstand In The Middle Of A Room
Before you try handstand in the middle of the room make sure you can comfortably kick up at the wall

Arms overhead, take a long lunge, hands to the ground and kick up.
Our goal is to line up hips over shoulders, and bring the bottom leg to meet the top.
If you get spooked, or are struggling, go back to the wall.
