Saute in melted butter till nicely toasted

Even Golden brown color is what we are after. Keep aside to cool.

Add cream, milk, sugar, semolina, orange blossom in a saucepan and cook on med.heat

For sugar syrup mix sugar, water, lemon juice and rose water. Cook till sugar is dissolved. Let cool

Keep stirring cream mixture in between, it will start thickening. Should be a pourable consistency.

Layer in individual cups or in a dish.
