Kofta Burger's Style (From Scratch)

All Purpose Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Warm Milk,Sugar,yeast mix and cover it for 10 minutes

Add salt to flour,mix it with yeast mixture add water as needed,sticky dough cover it set for 1 hour

Use some flour to shape the dough until you have a soft dough without stickiness

Add some oil in an oven pan,then divide the dough equally,place it in the pan,and cover it for 1 h.

After 1 hour,use the egg white and brush the top of the buns,add some sesame seeds and black seeds

In a preheated oven at 450f until it's golden brown

Once it ready cover it to keep it soft and spongy

Season the kofta with the spices,mix them really well until they are like a dough

Use a plastic bag and start making your balls equally sized

Add some cheese and crushed red pepper if you prefer, add some pressure and set it in the cooler

Start with the onion and the mushrooms,until they lightly browned add some salt

Place the kofta patties and add the Jalapeno, flap when they lightly browned,cook them all the way
