KOMBUCHA Part 3: Bottling Strawberry Mojoto
This is Part 3. Catch up with Part 2 on my profile! Now to bottle. Use fermentable grade bottles.

Add your plain kombucha and start concocting.

Add some simple syrup or a tsp of sugar.

Then an ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice.

And an ounce of puréed strawberries. Then a few sprigs of mint.

Top off with kombucha. Leave at least a few inches of headspace.

Let sit at room temperature. This is called the 2nd Ferment.

Then refrigerate and enjoy! Open carefully to avoid a geyser.
