Bulgogi comes from bul ("fire") and gogi ("meat")

Mix soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil

Combine grated garlic, onion, pear (or apple or skip if you don’t have)

Bring the party together! You can also put everything in a blender. We’re just old school.

We are using thinly sliced ribeye. You can use tenderloin or sirloin.

Pour mixture onto meat. Cover, refrigerate, marinate.

Heat pan. Add sesame oil. Cook meat.
