Koyadofu Katsu(Japanese Tonkatsu Style Dish)
Ingredients: 4 koyadofu, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp flour, and 1 cup panko (ingredients of sauce not included)
Soak koyadofu in water for 10 minutes, and squeeze the water out.
Put flour(2 Tbsp), egg(1), panko(1 cup) in each container.
Coat koyadofu with flour, dip in the beaten egg, and coat with panko.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat, and fry koyadofu for 2 minutes.
Turn it over, and fry it for another 2 minutes. Fry the side as well.
