Marinate 1/2 kg beef mince with: 1 pack Shan Seekh Kebab Masala,3 tbsp papaya paste,1 cup yogurt,3 tbsp Shan ginger garlic paste,3 tbsp fried onion
Mix it all up well. Cover and leave to marinate a minimum of 5-6 hours. (Best marinated overnight)
Heat some oil. Add marinated meat. Cook on high for a couple of mins. Then lower flame & allow to cook. It’ll cook in its own water.
Cover & cook till mince is done (mix on and off to avoid burning at bottom of pot)
Towards the end, add Koyla Dum.
