Bash your biscuits into crumbs

And add cinnamon and melted butter

And press evenly into an 8x8 inch pan

Bake for 8 minutes at 350F

Cream together the labneh and the sugar

Until well mixed and fluffy

And eggs one at a time

Then Greek yogurt or sour cream

Vanilla and flour !

Mix until combined

And pour filling into baked crust

And let cool at room temp 30min then in fridge 4 hours or overnight
