Add the flour, sugar, salt and nigella seeds and mix to combine

Add the oil and mix on medium until incorporated. Use a spoon to scrape sides of bowl

Add the water and yeast mixture and continue to mix

Gradually add the remaining water and continue kneading the dough

If the dough seems too wet add a bit more flour

Using olive oil, bring the dough together and allow to rise for at least 1 hour

Mix together all the ingredients for the meat mixture

Use those hands! Mix it all very well

Flour your surface to roll the dough in a thin layer

Cut a medium sized piece of dough and roll it out to a thin layer using rolling pin

Using a bowl, cut dough into circles and add to floured oven tray

Spoon mixture and flatten using your fingers. Bake at 450F for 5-7 mins then broil for a few mins

Serve and enjoy!
