Ingredients

Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil to your pan and add the chicken one the oil is hot...

Add 1 tbsp salt and garlic/ginger paste to the pan and sauté the chicken until it’s golden brown

Once chicken is golden,add tomatoes, coriander power, red chili powder, tomato paste & mix well

Let chicken and tomatoes simmer together for approximate 5-7 minutes

If you like the sauce to be thicker, you can remove the chicken to prevent overcooking it and simmer

Add the chicken back to the pot

Mix well and “bhuno” or cook until the oil rises up and separates from the sauce

Sprinkle garam masala, chopped cilantro leaves, & green chilies over the chicken and simmer on low

Once Karahi has simmered on low for 10 minutes, it is ready to eat. Serve with naan or roti! Enjoy!
