Lane’s Espresso Potato Skins
Poke holes in your potatoes and spray with duck fat spray

Season with Lane’s Brisket Rub and wrap potato in foil. Bake at 350 for 60-75 min, until soft.

Cut potatoes in half, long way.

Scoop out inside and place in bowl. Leave thin layer of potato to keep structure.

Add 10oz sour cream, chopped bacon (5 strips), 1 cup cheese, and 1 tbsp Lane’s Ancho Espresso Rub

Mix well! Breakup big chunks of potatoes

Add mix to the potato skins and place on baking sheet

Sprinkle Lane’s Ancho Espresso Rub on top and place in oven.

Cook at 350 until cheese is melted. About 5 - 10 minutes

Drizzle Lane’s Sorta White BBQ Sauce over top
