Lane’s Signature Homemade Onion Rings
Cut off the tops and bottoms, remove the outside layer, and slice to your preferred thickness

Breakup the onion slices into rings.

Season with Lane’s Signature Rub

Add 1 1/2 cups of flour to a container and season with Lane’s Signature

Add 1 beer, preferably a sour or a lager and mix.

Mix well to a thinner than toothpaste texture.

Add vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet about an inch thick. Heat to 350 degrees.

Using tongs dunk the onion ring in the batter and drop in skillet. Don’t over fill skillet.

Once it starts browning flip and brown.

When ready remove onto a paper towel and season with Signature.
