Evenly and lightly butter your ramekins and dust the inside with cocoa powder or flour

Melt 4 oz chocolate and half a cup of unsalted butter

Whisk two eggs and one yolk till well combined

Add 6 tbsp of sugar and whisk well

Stir in half a cup flour, 3 tbsp cocoa powder and 1/4 tsp salt

Stir in your melted chocolate and butter mix

Bake at 400F until edges are puffy and baked looking but the centre has a bit of a sheen to it - 9-12 minutes. Watch carefully from the 8 minute mark

Let cakes cool for a minute then invert and serve with ice cream 💕
