Heat heavy cream, milk and sugar in saucepan over medium-low heat.

Once simmering, remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

Stir in lavender, & coffee beans. Cover and infuse for 30 min, then refrigerate for 4 hrs-overnight

After ice cream base has chilled, strain out lavender & coffee beans

Pour base into pre-frozen ice cream maker. (I’m using my KitchenAid ice cream bowl attachment)

Mix on low speed until thickened. Add in chocolate chunks & pinch of salt (food coloring optional)
