Layers Of Love Protein Loaf
This sweet breakfast is full of protein & whole food ingredients.

Basic pancake batter leveled up w/ 2 πŸ₯š, 1 3/4 cup almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

Low sugar Granny Smith apples x 5

Diced and tossed into da skillet w/ 3 TBS coconut oil, cinnamon& dried cranberries (for sweetness)

Yasssss! Strawberries!

Slice into disks. (Some fell in my mouth. ☺️)

Slather your glass baking pan with coconut oil.

Pour your base of protein cake.

Pecans! Dice them!

Cover to your liking in honey & cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20.

Ermagherd. Toasted pecans. I ate some of these too and have leftovers for salad.🀀

Shhhhhhh.....I sneak these bad boys in for added omegas, good fats, & hydration.

Top with apple mixture.

Then your strawberries.

Top with pecans, and then to the Oven!
