2 Dumbbells
Lay on bench with shoulders back and core tight. Hold dbs at sides with palms facing each other.

Exhale, squeeze triceps, & rotate palms toward face as you press dbs up.

Dbs should be over belly button when extended. Elbows always tucked toward hips when bent.
