Sauté diced onions and garlic

Add 1.5 lbs of green beans

Sauté and add 2 chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook for 10 minutes

Add 2 tbsp tomato paste that’s been dissolved in 1.5 cups of hot water. Cover and cook for 35 min

Prepare your vermicelli rice. Sauce vermicelli noodles in oil, add rice, hot water, cover and cook

Check on your stew after 35 minutes. It should look like this

Add the juice of 1 lemon and season with salt and black pepper. Cover and cook for 15 more minutes
