Lebanese Lahm Bi Ajeen Hadef
Sift 3 cups flour & 1/2 tsp salt into a big bowl

Create a well in the center and mix in 1 cup water

Knead for 5 minutes

Divide into 4 pieces

Cut into 1 inch chunks

Roll into balls

Pour 1 cup vegetable oil into pan and cover each piece

Make sure they’re oiled completely

Cover and set aside for 2 hours

After two hours, Set oven at 350°

Use 2.5 cups of premade ground beef mixture add 2tbsp pomegranate molasses & toasted pine nuts

Pour oil on surface and stretch dough ball as thin as you can without ripping

Fold sides inward to create a rectangle. Add beef mixture to one side and fold over

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with plain yogurt
