Lebanese Tabbouleh- Parsley Bulgur Salad
You will need...

2 cups fresh minced parsley 1 cup diced tomatoes

2 chopped green onions

1 tbsp dried mint 1 tsp salt 1/2 citric acid

1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup fine bulgur wheat

Combine all ingredients except green onions

Mix with hands

Add green onions

Plate & garnish with lemons & lettuce

It is traditionally eaten in a lettuce wrap
