Lectin Free Cassava Flour Tortillas
Gather ingredients: 3/4 cup cassava flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/3 cup warm water

Mix flour and salt

Mix together! Use your hands to knead until combined and not sticky

Roll into a cylinder and cut into 5 pieces

Roll each section into a smooth ball

Place between 2 pieces of parchment paper and flatten with a tortilla press or rolling pin

Parchment paper should peel right off, and it’s ready to cook!

Our recipe makes 3-5 tacos depending on how big and how thin you make them

Cook on a dry cast iron or nonstick pan for about a minute on each side
