Leftover Roti Upma(No Egg)
Tear 4 leftover rotis into small pieces
Now grind them into small flakes
Take vegetables of your choice,onion finely chopped, greenchillies
Take a pan, add oil,mustard,jeera,chana dal,uraddal,hing
Now add chopped onions,green/red chillies,curryleaves,veggies of your choice and sauté them..
Now add roti flakes,combine well, squeeze lemon,add salt and cover with lid for 4-5 mins
Cook well for 5 mins, garnish with coriander and enjoy with garam chai
