Peel and chop two carrots (click link below for full recipe)

Slice 2 celery stalks

Chop one onion

Set QC to sear, add veggies w/2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt Cook for 3 minutes

Press two garlic cloves

Add garlic to veggies, cook for 1 minute

Add turkey meat, thyme, parsley, rice and broth; set QC to SOUP, press start

Zest and juice one lemon

Remove turkey legs from soup

Shred meat and discard any bones

Add meat, lemon juice and zest to soup; stir
