All you need is a towel!
TWO counts out TWO counts in!

Go deep! Use your arms to help lift your upper body!

Come on 1/2 way and “zip” up through your inner thighs.

Inner thighs lead the way. Slide your towel far in front and wide to the side.

Single counts. Slide forward and side.

In your deepest knee bend. Lift and lower your inside heel. Finish with a stretch!
