Lemon Chicken Recipe With Video
Butterfly the chicken breast to make 4 pcs.of chicken.

Pound each until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the pounded pcs.of chicken in half.

Season w/ the Montreal chicken seasoning. Dredge the chicken pcs.in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g) to coat both sides.

Melt 3 tbsp of the butter in a frypan. fry in butter until browned & their internal temp.is 170 degrees F.

Flip to the other side.

In the same fry pan, add some minced garlic & butter. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.

Add 2 tbsp flour + 1 tsp Italian seasoning + 3 cups chicken stock (700ml)

3 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice + 1/4 cup white wine (64ml) . Whisk in.

Bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened. Add the chicken breast.
