Lemon Pepper Tofu Cutlets
You’ll need: extra firm tofu (frozen, defrosted, and pressed), olive oil, lemon juice + zest, bouillon, and pepper.

Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

Pour a thin layer of marinade into the bottom of a shallow container.

Place your tofu cutlets in the marinade...

...and top with another layer of marinade. Cover and set it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Then, bake them at 350F for 40-50 minutes, flipping them halfway through...

...until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Slice and serve them atop a vegan Caesar salad or with rice. Enjoy! 😁😁
