Ingredients: chicken thighs, Brussels sprouts, fingerling potatoes, olive oil, lemon zest/juice, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
Whisk together marinade.
Marinate chicken thighs for at least 10 minutes.
Place marinated chicken, Brussels sprouts and potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
