Roll risen dough and spread with lemon filling. Roll gently and pinch to seal the seam. Gently lift the dough into the roll. Cut into 15 rolls and place on a greased baking sheet. While they are rising heat the oven. Once risen bake until just cooked through. The sugars and edges will brown slightly. Let cool a few minutes. Add lemon zest if you’d like!
