Pour in 180g sifted flour, 3g salt, 4g baking powder, and 12g lemon zest

Pour into a greased pan. Bake @350 for 40 minutes

Lemon simple syrup for top: combine 120ml of lemon juice and 75 g sugar. Heat till sugar dissolves.

Moisten the top of your hot cake with your mixture!
