Let’s Make Asian-style Wombok Slaw
Wash and finely chop wombok AKA Chinese cabbage.

Thinly slice red cabbage.

Slice green apple into thin matchsticks.

Shred carrot using a julienne peeler or thinly slice into matchsticks.

Wash and finely chop spring onions and coriander.

To make crispy noodles for wombok slaw, cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente.

Spread cooked egg noodles out on a baking tray to dry. Then dust dried noodles with corn flour.

Slowly drop egg noodles in hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

To make salad dressing, mix sugar & water together. Then add lime juice, fish sauce & grated ginger.

Add finely chop coriander sprigs and chilli and then add to salad dressing.

Toss wombok salad ingredients together with crispy noodles, toasted peanuts and sesame seeds.

Dress with Coriander and Lime Salad Dressing and serve.
