Let’s make Besan Ladoo
Sift the besan/gram flour and keep it aside.

In a non stick pan, add the ghee and let it melt on low heat.

Add besan to the pan.

Stir well to coat the flour with ghee.

On low flame keep stirring and let the besan roast nicely.

Keep on stirring, as it gets roasted, it starts to loosen up and form like a thick paste.

Besan begins to turn deep golden in color and ghee starts oozing out after around 20 min.

Now add the Cardamom powder and mix well. Remove pan from heat and let it cool for 15 to 20 min.

Add powdered sugar.

Mix everything together until sugar is well combined and a smooth besan dough is formed.

Take small portions and shape it into a ladoo. Garnish with chopped nuts.
