With your Deluxe Cooking Blender, Grind pretzels, into 3/4 Cup

Grind for about 30 seconds

Pour 3/4 cup into silicone bowl

Add 3 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp sugar, microwave for 30-40 seconds

Use your measure all to press crust into bottom of spring form pan

2 room temp blocks of philly cream cheese(it’s the best) add to blender!

Add 1 tsp vanilla

Add in 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Pinch of salt!

Add 2 tbsp Grand Mariner or triple sec

Add 1 tbsp tequila

Add 2 room temp eggs

Zest 3 limes into the Deluxe Cooking Blender

Try not to hit the pith, it’s bitter!

Add 1/2 cup white sugar

Add 2 tbsp corn starch

Pour over your prepared crust!

Add 1 cup water to bottom of Quickcooker, cover cake in tinfoil and place in rack, and on stand.

Turn to dessert setting and press start.. after complete..natural release for 10 min.

Then let the blender wash itself!

Once finished cool cheesecake for 3 hours or overnight. Garnish w/ lime zest & sugar mixed. #pcshoop
