Let’s Make Spicy Kheema Pizza
In a bowl, combine water, sugar and yeast.Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a mixing bowl add flour, salt and the frothy yeast mixture.

Knead the dough until it is soft.Cover it with plastic wrap & set aside in a warm place for an hour.

Meanwhile, let’s make white sauce.In a pan, add heavy whipping cream and cheese.

Add Italian herb seasoning.

Add salt and pepper.

Simmer until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.

After an hour or so the dough will double up in size.

On a floured surface, roll the dough.Brush some olive oil on the pizza base.

Spread the White sauce and tomato ketchup on the pizza base.

Spread the keema fry all over the pizza base.

Top with the veggies.

Spread the grated cheese.

Bake it at 425F for 15 -20 min.Broil at 500 F for 3 min.Cut into triangular slices and serve hot.
