Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, garlic and ginger.

Marinate chicken wings with half of the marinade for 2 hours in refrigerator and place on wire rack.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flip and continue to cook until crisp and golden brown.

While wings are cooking, boil the reserved marinade until thickened.

After 20-30 minutes, once the wings are cooked, brush sauce over the baked wings.

Broil at 500F for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Serve warm with Ranch
