Libby’s Famous Pumpkin Pie
Let’s Bake! Preheat your oven to 425°
Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cloves

Beat 2 eggs, then mix in 1 can Libby’s Pure Pumpkin and your dry ingredients

Slowly Stir in a 12 Oz can of evaporated milk

Pour in to Deep Dish Pie Shell (I am normally able to stretch this to fill 2)

Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce temp to 350° and continue baking for 30-40 mins until done

Move to a cooling rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate
