What you'll need
Your body! :)
Kneel down, left hand forward, right hand in front of right foot, look to the right side
Activate left hand and right leg so that the right hand reaches far ahead followed by the left leg!
continue to stay low w/ chest and pelvis, rotate the palms to help the progression. It’s the Lizard!
